Fairy-tale Christmas at Glücksburg Castle

Experience the Christmas atmosphere amidst historical scenery!

Surrounded by the historic backdrop of the magnificent castle, Prince Christoph zu Schleswig-Holstein will open the festively decorated castle to visitors and invites you to a very special Christmas experience on all four Advent weekends. Both the castle courtyard and the castle building are transformed into a fairy-tale Christmas market that will enchant you with its atmosphere.
A romantic market, set up in the glowing castle courtyard with quaint wooden houses and lots of artisans. Our little ones are welcomed to make their own presents in the Secret Santa workshop, while listening to Christmas stories. In addition to both traditional and new Christmas decorations featuring regional arts and crafts, there will also be a wide range of culinary offerings with local specialties and even delicacies from around the world. Visitors will find an extensive supporting program that will bring back memories of past Christmases!

Fridays from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Sundays from noon to 7 p.m.
