The detached holiday home with 110 sqm of living/useable space and a large garden with terrace accommodates 6 people.
The rooms are distributed across the ground and upper floors. A well-equipped kitchen, the living room with a spacious sitting area and dining table, another room with a sofa bed (160 x 200 cm), and a guest WC are located on the ground floor. The sofa bed (180 x 200 cm) in the living room provides two additional sleeping places.
On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with double beds, and a daylight bathroom with shower, bathtub, and WC.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, and there is also a barbecue option.

The beautiful, detached holiday home is located in close proximity to the nature reserve. From the house, you have a wonderful view over the Flensburg Fjord all the way to Denmark. The natural bathing beach of Holnis is approximately 300 m away.
