Detached house with apartment in the basement. Quiet location in a residential area, 5 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes walk to the port of Langballigau with many gastronomic offers. Landlord lives above the apartment, but is little there. The large garden is mostly at guests' disposal. 


The apartment was renovated in summer 2023 and furnished with love. The garden borders a nature reserve and when the foliage falls from the trees the sea becomes visible.
