Our house is located on a 3,000 sqm property in the idyllic Schwennautal. Right by the forest in a sunny southwest position. The Baltic Sea and the spa promenade are only 250 meters away.
Deer, pheasants, squirrels, herons, and great spotted woodpeckers visit our garden. Even the shy kingfisher often stops by. Every year, the protected marsh harrier breeds in the alder hollow.
This also makes it an ideal starting point for hikers and water sports enthusiasts!
We offer our guests a pleasant atmosphere in a beautiful setting. Here, it is neither too loud nor too quiet. Just right for feeling good and relaxing. On mild sunny evenings, our guests like to gather for a cozy chat in the beautiful garden.
In the spacious common room, you will find entertainment and sociability. You will stay in comfortable rooms or apartments that are fully and cozily furnished.

The tourist tax must be paid to the landlord/administrator no later than at check-in.
