Evening of singing full of unique radiance

The Poznan Boys' Choir, as a cultural ambassador of Poland, brings the musical traditions of its homeland to Northern Germany. The famous voices from Poznań (Posen) present an evening of singing full of unique brilliance and impress their audiences worldwide with their incomparable sound and repertoire. They have performed so far in the USA, China, and many countries in Europe.

With its forty voices, the boys' choir springs from the first and only choir school in Poland and captivates with a powerful male choral sound as well as angelic soprano voices and soloists, who, under the direction of choir conductor Dr. Jacek Sykulski, create an independent, unparalleled sound.

An impressive range of music can be experienced, from classical to pop: mystical, exhilarating, and heartwarming a-cappella works by Johann Michael Bach, John Trotta, Georg Friedrich Händel, melodies of the 13th century, as well as motets by Rachmaninoff, Łukaszewski, and Sykulski resonate. Pop melodies in unique arrangements, e.g., from “The Lion King” or the world-famous “Ameno,” as well as well-known folk songs from both Poland and Germany, also provide an exciting variation.

Conductor: Dr. Jacek Sykulski
