On June 5th, Denmark celebrates Grundlovsdag - the day of the Constitution of 1849, when Denmark became a constitutional monarchy. On this occasion, we serve a finely tuned 4-course menu with a typically Danish touch: traditional, seasonal, and full of Nordic refinement.
