Year of the Goat

Year of the Goat combines the dark side of 60s and 70s rock with catchy melodies and emotional vocals. Eerie-sounding guitars, multi-part harmonies, organs, and mellotrons shape their distinctive sound.

Founded in 2006, the band released their debut EP "Lucem Ferre" in 2011. This was followed by the award-winning album "Angels’ Necropolis" (2012), "The Unspeakable" (2015), and a third album that received excellent reviews: In the sound checks of Rock Hard and Metal Hammer, it reached 1st and 3rd place, respectively.

The Swedes have also made a name for themselves live, with performances at festivals like Wacken, Hellfest, Summer Breeze, Sweden Rock, and Roadburn. In 2023, they began working on their fourth album while also contributing music to the Finnish film "Heavy Trip 2".

Tanith

Tanith keeps the spirit of 70s hard rock and heavy metal alive. Founded in 2017 in Brooklyn, the band quickly gained cult status with their debut "In Another Time" (2019). It is led by singer and guitarist Russ Tippins, co-founder of the British NWOBHM legends Satan.

Together with singer and bassist Cindy Maynard, drummer Keith Robinson, and guitarist Dino "Destroyer" Freienmuth, he blends powerful twin guitars with two-part vocals, captivating melodies, and imaginative stories. "More heavy rock than heavy metal," Tippins describes the sound. For its warm, natural character, the band relies on analog 24-track tape.

Neither the pandemic nor a last-minute lineup change before the recordings for the second album "Voyage" could hold Tanith back. With Metal Blade Records backing them, the next chapter is about to begin: Their third studio album will be released on February 19, 2027. The subsequent European tour will bring their energetic live show to the stage – for classic rock fans and metalheads alike.
