Robbi, Tobbi und das Fliewatüüt
When Tobbi invented his “Fliewatüüt,” he never dreamed that he would get to try it out so soon. But one night, it stands ready right in front of the door, secretly built by the robot student Robbi, who wants to use it to pass his exam. Tobbi can hardly believe his luck, as Robbi also asks him for help with exam tasks. And so, the two adventurers start the engines in the middle of the night and take off with the Fliewatüüt. By land, by water, and in the air, the Fliewatüüt carries them over the sea and into the eternal ice.
A spectacular journey of two unlikely, yet very good friends! The children's book classic from 1972 by the Sylt author Boy Lornsen playfully instills in children a passion for invention. The story tells of what is humanly possible and of optimism. It effortlessly encourages a critical examination of technology, especially today, in times when technology extensively shapes our lives.
