Summerfeeling Konzert mit Twins of June

In summer, Tuesday evenings at the Sandwig Beach Bistro belong to live music. For over ten years, artists from the region have been playing handmade music – right by the sea with us.

Twins of June, twin brothers from southern Denmark, celebrated a strong start to their career with their debut EP "Memories" in 2015, reaching number 1 on the singer-songwriter charts on iTunes in Denmark. Their music is characterized by great emotionality and intimacy: gentle, acoustic soundscapes meet two-part harmonies that often feel like a dialogue between two brothers. Inspired by artists such as Passenger, Ben Howard, Ed Sheeran, and Mumford & Sons, songs are created that start quietly and slowly unfold – full of longing, memory, and that feeling of moments that linger. It is indie pop that doesn’t need to be loud to be intense, but rather finds depth in its restraint.

Arriving early is worthwhile, as the best seats are quickly taken, especially in nice weather! A hat will be passed around at the end of the event. To keep the admission free, we kindly ask you to refrain from bringing your own drinks.
