Anna Depenbusch is one of the most talented singer-songwriters in Germany and is at home in venues such as the Elbphilharmonie or the Prinzregententheater. A singing poet who created her own unmistakable style early on, blending influences from Edith Piaf, Hildegard Knef, and Björk. With her music, the Hamburg native tells stories full of emotion, poetry, and vitality. Her lyrics are at times tender, at times powerful, deeply sad yet hilariously funny – and she has received multiple awards.

With her new tour “Zwischen Liebe & Kummer” 25/26, she demonstrates impressively how playfully she moves between chanson, pop, jazz, and fine humor. She is accompanied by the award-winning Kaiser Quartet and pianist Christopher Noodt – musicians who not only accompany her songs but breathe with them. Sometimes as delicate as glass, sometimes captivating and dramatic like a film that you don’t want to interrupt.

The fabulous Kaiser Quartet has already thrilled us solo in Flensburg – how impressive must this combination be? Together they have developed a program that reaches under the skin both musically and emotionally, regularly bringing their audience to standing ovations.
