Summerfeeling Konzert mit Philipp Lumpp

In summer, Tuesday evenings at Sandwig Strandbistro belong to live music. For over ten years, artists from the region have been playing handmade music – right by the sea with us.

Philipp Lumpp brings honest pop to the stage, oscillating between departure, home, and self-discovery. Growing up in a small village in Baden-Württemberg, he tells of a generation caught between big city plans and village life. His songs are personal, direct, and close to real life – carried by clear melodies and a reflective, very individual signature.

Musically, he moves between a reduced singer-songwriter sound and modern produced pop arrangements. Often, intimate, narrative lyrics take center stage, living off a clear imagery and plenty of everyday observations, while the productions gently build around them. This results in songs that can appear both vulnerable and powerful – sometimes restrained and calm, other times with driving energy and great dynamics.
