The trio plays gripping instrumental folk music with a distinct Nordic sound, refined by jazzy improvisations and a lively, attentive interplay. Beneath the surface of the longing melodies lie smoldering dance rhythms that give the music both movement and tension.
Nyckelharpa, piano, and double bass weave together into soft, sonorous atmospheres, where the experience and presence of the musicians create an open space for both depth and surprises.
