The interdisciplinary colloquium has been a place for cross-disciplinary exchange at EUF for many years. In the spring semester of 2026, it will address socio-economic, cultural, and legal transformation processes following 1989/90 under the title "Shared Relations? On the Long Present of German (Dis)Unity" and the question of how these processes affect our present.

Today, Jan Thiessen will give a lecture titled "Return Before Disappointment? On the Asset-Law Treatment of Past Injustice After 1990."
