Yoga am Glücksburger Strand

A special yoga session right by the sea with Katharina Brenke, head of the Flensburg Yoga School
Amid fresh sea air, the gentle sound of the waves, and a relaxed atmosphere, you will find peace, movement, and new energy. The course is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants and invites you to bring body and mind into harmony and leave everyday life behind. Please bring comfortable clothing, a yoga mat or beach towel, something to drink, and depending on the weather, sun protection or a light jacket.

Location: Sandwig Beach
Participation fee: 10 € / hour for beach hotel guests and 12 € / hour for external participants
