Upon entering the apartment you have a beautiful view of the spacious and open kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired.
The lovingly furnished living area has a seating set and flat screen TV and shows with its “Utlucht” the typical construction method of Flensburg half-timbered houses.
The bathroom was completely renovated in 2021 and is now equipped with a walk-in shower.
Going up the stairs there are two bedrooms.
The large, light-flooded bedroom is equipped with a spacious double bed (1. 80x 2. 00m) and offers a perfect retreat.
The second separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (1. 40 x 2. 00m) and is perfect for families with (older) children.
In addition, the apartment has Wi-Fi and a lockable bicycle storage, so that e-bikes can be parked safely.
A parking space in the adjacent car park is included for you.

You are centrally located in a restored historic half-timbered house in the heart of the old town of Flensburg, overlooking the harbour of Flensburg and the Maritime Museum on the one hand, and overlooking the picturesque Norderstraße of Flensburg on the other. The house was built around 1650. Old cadastral records of Flensburg show that it was mostly inhabited by captains and sailors due to its proximity to the port of Flensburg.
