Maritime Loft very close to the Fjord

Arrive. Look at the water. Breathe. Welcome to your maritime retreat very close to the Flensburg Fjord. In the evenings, enjoy relaxed hours on the lovingly designed balcony - surrounded by reeds, bamboo, and atmospheric lights, it quickly becomes your favorite spot - whether for the first coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.

The approximately 40 sqm loft on the 3rd floor is flooded with light, modernly furnished, and offers everything for a relaxing stay for two.

The highlight is our comfortable box spring bed with a protected view of the Fjord. Let the morning start calmly, enjoy the feeling of being close to the water.

The open living area connects cooking, relaxing, and enjoying together. The new kitchen we selected in a concrete look is equipped with high-quality appliances including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and Senseo. The refrigerator has a small freezer compartment.

Of course, there is a modern bathroom with a shower, as well as a parking space directly next to the front door. Bicycles can be parked in the shared bike room.

THE LOCATION

The loft is located directly at the Fjord - ideal for anyone who loves water, walks, and a maritime atmosphere.

The sandy beach and the yacht harbor are easily reachable on foot. There is an Italian restaurant right by the beach and a Greek one nearby - both are recommended. For groceries, there is an Edeka - Smartshop.... open until late in the evening every day, very close by.

The Flensburg city center with its historic alleys, cafés, and shopping opportunities is only a few kilometers away, as well as the Danish city of Sonderburg with its hyggelig flair, just under 40 km away. The bus line is directly on the next street with a frequency of about 20 minutes.

And also particularly: the smallest border crossing to Denmark is very close by, a nice walk.
