The Natural History Museum also includes the Ice Age House in Christiansenpark.

The Natural History Museum Flensburg is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and is closed on Mondays. The Ice Age House is open on Wednesdays and Sundays from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and from May to September until 5:00 p.m.

The museum is accessible for people with disabilities. There are also designated parking spaces for people with mobility impairments available on the Museumsberg.
